SIMPLISTIC SALON BOOKING POLICY

LITTE ROCK SALON BOOKING
* Masks are required before entering the salon and worn the entire salon visit.  Please no outside food or drink.
*Please do not attend your appointment if you have tested POSITIVE for COVID-19, have covid related symptoms or have been exposed to Covid -19.symptoms.
Hair MUST be FULLY detangled from roots to ends before appointment. NO Exceptions. Please view the contract (instructions)  when requesting an appointment for salon prep instructions. 
Please wait in your car and notify Chanelle that you have arrived.
SALON REQUESTS
Our booking system (Pocketsuite) is a text message based booking platform. Please save (501) 214-4781 under the salon name Simplistic Salon to refer to any time you need to reach Chanelle B, cancel an appointment, locate a booked appointment, client receipts, and receive important messages from the salon. 
 Salon appointments can be requested online up to 30 days in advance. Calendars are opened on the 15th of each month at 7:00am for the upcoming month. Example: February calendar is opened for booking January 15th.
Every online appointment request requires a review for approval. The review for your request can take up to 24 business hours. Deposits are only taken from the card once your request is confirmed, deposits are not taken automatically at the time of the request. You will get a text confirmation and receipt of deposit taken. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment confirmed.
Simplistic Salon does not accept same day appointments. All appointment requests must be requested BEFORE 12 noon the day before.
DEPOSITS
There is a booking deposit fee of $20-$50 that goes towards your appointment balance. Once your request is confirmed and funds are accepted, deposits are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS. 
RESCHEDULE
Clients are allowed (1) reschedule request  within the same month with a 48 hour notice. If there are no available openings within that month you will be required to pay a new deposit. If for any reason Chanelle B has to cancel an appointment, the client will be notified and the deposit will go towards the next rescheduled appointment. 
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Otherwise, you are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. 
Please locate the appointment you wish to cancel and cancel. You do not need to contact Chanelle to cancel. Please make sure it is canceled to remove the appointment block by checking for cancellation receipt text.
TARDINESS
 Clients are expected to arrive on time. Do not wait until your scheduled appointment to notify Chanelle that you are running late. 
NO SHOW
Simplistic Salon has a ZERO tolerance policy for “no show” clients and will not allow for future bookings. 100% of your service will be applied if NO SHOW! Please respect her time and business by giving Chanelle proper notice via phone or text,  that you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
PAYMENTS
Please have an updated credit/debit card with sufficient funds stored as a form of payment when requesting an appointment. Your card should be ready to charge when needed. Insufficient funds or declined payment will result in canceled requests or banned from future booking.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
Simplistic Salon is not responsible for keeping up with client appointments. Please keep your own personal records of booked appointments. Booking platform will send out appointment reminders a day before . Chanelle B is not responsible for missed or forgotten appointments. 
COVID 19 POLICY:
Please DO NOT  book an appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to covid. Proper Sanitation & disinfecting procedures will continue to be exercised to ensure a safe and sterile environment for my clients. We have limited seating for clients being serviced. Please do not come to your appointment with anyone NOT being serviced.
