Our booking system (Pocketsuite) is a text message based booking platform. Please save (501) 214-4781 for text and (501) 912-2570 to call under the salon name Simplistic Salon to refer to any time you need to reach the salon , cancel an appointment, locate a booked appointment, client receipts, and receive important messages from the salon. Salon appointments can be requested online up to 30 days in advance. Calendars are opened on the 15th of each month at 7:00am for the upcoming month. Example: February calendar is opened for booking January 15th.Every online appointment request requires a review for approval. The review for your request can take up to 24 business hours. Deposits are only taken from the card once your request is confirmed, deposits are not taken automatically at the time of the request. You will get a text confirmation and receipt of deposit taken. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment confirmed.All appointment requests must be requested BEFORE 12 noon the day before.
There is a booking deposit fee of $20-$50 that goes towards your appointment balance. Once your request is confirmed and funds are accepted, deposits are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Clients are allowed (1) reschedule request within the same month with a 48 hour notice. If there are no available openings within that month you will be required to pay a new deposit. If for any reason a stylist has to cancel an appointment, the client will be notified and the deposit will go towards the next rescheduled appointment.
24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Otherwise, you are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. Please locate the appointment you wish to cancel and cancel. Please make sure it is canceled to remove the appointment block by checking for cancellation receipt text.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Please contact the salon if you will be running behind.
Simplistic Salon has a ZERO tolerance policy for “no show” clients and will not allow for future bookings. 100% of your service will be applied if NO SHOW!
Please have an updated credit/debit card with sufficient funds stored as a form of payment when requesting an appointment. Your card should be ready to charge when needed. Insufficient funds or declined payment will result in canceled requests or banned from future booking.
Simplistic Salon is not responsible for keeping up with client appointments. Please keep your own personal records of booked appointments. Booking platform will send out appointment reminders a day before.
